Sono stati condivisi i crediti completi dell’ultimo album di Phoebe Bridgers, “Lost Weekend”.
Il terzo album in studio del cantautore, ‘Lost Weekend’, è stato pubblicato ieri (venerdì 14 agosto). Ora, è stato rivelato che il disco include contributi di molti artisti di alto profilo, tra cui Jack Antonoff, Alex G, Blake Mills, Christian Lee Hutson, il suo partner Bo Burnham e molti altri.
Anche il frontman dei Bright Eyes Conor Oberst, compagno di band dei Bridgers al Better Oblivion Community Center, appare in “Lost Weekend”, così come i suoi compagni ragazzi geniali Julien Baker e Lucy Dacus.
Il disco accredita anche un certo Son-John Johnson come cantante in “Kill Me” e “I Can’t Wait”, che i fan ipotizzano sia in realtà il frontman dei Geese Cameron Winter.

In Music Attitude Nella recensione a cinque stelle di ‘Lost Weekend’, Erica Campbell ha descritto il disco come “l’opposto dell’evasione emotiva: più una resa dei conti con se stessa e con l’amore romantico e familiare e la perdita che hanno plasmato la sua storia e la sua narrazione.
“È un’impresa che può essere raggiunta solo da un cantautore e musicista sicuro di sé nella propria calligrafia e musicalità, qualcuno che potrebbe aver iniziato il viaggio di scrittura del suo terzo album sentendosi perso, ma alla fine non era affatto disancorato.”
Alcuni fan hanno ipotizzato che la sua nuova canzone “The Governor’s Waltz” parli della sua precedente relazione con Paul Mescal.
Passando alle altre notizie, Bridgers ha annunciato alcuni spettacoli intimi senza telefono nel Regno Unito per la prossima settimana. Poi partirà per il “The Lost Tour”, che inizierà in Nord America il mese prossimo prima di dirigersi nel Regno Unito e in Europa a novembre e dicembre.
